Zakk Wylde earned his stripes as lead guitarist for Ozzy Osbourne, a job he began in 1987 and continues to work hard at today. Wylde has performed at several Ozzfests with Ozzy and with BLS.

The new Black Label Society album is aptly entitled "Hangover Music Vol. VI". The album is mostly acoustic and piano based, similar to Zakk's 1996 solo album "Book Of Shadows," so don't expect a heavy metal album like previous releases. The name of this album is definitely right on, it was made for when you are hanging over and don't feel like anything heavy. Bass is shared by Mike Inez, James Lomenzo, and J.D., and John Tempesta makes a guest appearance on drums.
